Much is obscured but winter solstice is at a land / sea intersect and the solstice / cross-quarter midpoint is in a dip. Summer solstice is on a north slope and the solstice / cross-quarter midpoint is at the south foot of the hill. Summer cross-quarters are in a dip and the lesser top of Mt Gabriel is halfway to the equinox.
