Lagnagoushee Standing Stone is south of both Dungarvan and Helvick Head. Its site remains unsurveyed and, on the whole, the horizons do not immediately look promising from an astronomical point of view. The first picture shows the edge of the forestry plantation which prevents intervisibility between this site and Ballynamona Court Tomb, 4.1km away, from where this stone might be visible on the horizon if it were upright.
